Stakeholder Engagement

 

Astudio members are carefully chosen to ensure the personalities and individual characters within the studio gel together and more importantly with our clients and stakeholders. We feel we are different to most practices as we pride ourselves on being able to listen to others ideas, understand each projects constraints, engage with many different stakeholders (most often with conflicting views) and yet design solutions which are carefully presented to allow the stakeholders ‘ownership’ of the design. This delicate process needs a high degree of skill to bring our clients into the design process whilst still maintaining a strong control over the result. We are strongest in projects where budget constraints are one of the drivers. Clear strong thinking balanced with the stakeholder engagement process is our skill, which is why we have been successful in winning our current work.
