Designing tall structures requires a strong collaboration between the design disciplines. Here we are able to demonstrate the efficiency of various different forms of tower design to understand the impact external exoskeletons, verse central core planning. By understanding these delicate differences we are able to design striking buildings that deliver real value to the owner by minimizing cost and maximizing floor plate efficiency.

 

In addition this tower delivers our low energy ethos using natural ventilation throughout the height of the tower. The form driving air movement through the centre to allow the apartments cross ventilation, reducing the towers overall energy load by half by omitting the need for mechanical cooling.
