Using LED lights on the glass shading we can control the external appearance of the building. Moving artwork or static images can be created.
The public realm at the base of the building extended the street into the lower levels of the tower, bringing street life well into the heart of the development.
The density of the skin changed depending upon orientation and function, an approach we often use to reduce the energy a building consumes.
